Terms of Engagement
1. Scope of Work
All contracts signed with HomeRoofSetup include a detailed bill of materials. Any deviations from the signed blueprint must be approved via written Change Order.
2. Site Accessibility
The client agrees to provide safe access to the rooftop and surrounding perimeter. HomeRoofSetup is not responsible for damages to landscaping if protective measures were declined during the audit.
3. Payment Structure
A 20% mobilization fee is required to secure project dates. The remaining balance is due only upon successful passing of final building inspection.
